TimeCap is developed and owned by Antonio Ferrara, based in Denmark. The app is intended for general users who wish to limit their social media usage. No user accounts are required to use the app.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

TimeCap offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions, which provide additional features. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store, and any refunds or cancellations are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

• No user data is collected by TimeCap. We do not store, track, or share any personal information.
• TimeCap integrates with Apple and RevenueCat for subscription management. These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. User Responsibilities

• TimeCap is provided "as is" and should be used responsibly.
• Users should follow all applicable laws while using the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

• TimeCap is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues arising from its use.
