TimeCap is developed and owned by Antonio Ferrara, based in Denmark.
The App is designed to help users reduce and manage social media usage.
No user account is required to use TimeCap.
TimeCap offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions that unlock additional features.
All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies. TimeCap does not directly process payments.

TimeCap’s data handling practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
